need some holiday shopping help?

i had a really fun inspirational blog half way ready to post... but was then swamped with work stuff to finish. ugh. so as i was getting ready to log on and finish up the entry, i had a very rude client just berate me for several minutes. i love it when clients come up in here and start yelling at me asking me 'how hard is your job?' well sir, it is difficult when i have a**holes like you come here with a blank check demanding to know who to fill it out to, for what amount, and the status of a claim without your case number or even the name of the attorney who represents you. see, people shouldn't judge so quickly. although it just looks like i answer phones and file papers, i am also expected to be pyschic making my job very hard.... just like i would assume it wouldn't be hard to stay out of trouble and not need an attorney in the first place, but i guess i was mistaken. isn't that right sir?
